Coronavirus Updates

Dear Valued Clients,

As COVID-19 (the coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, I want to personally update you on the steps we have taken to ensure business continuity for all our customers.

Based on guidance from the World Health Organization, we have augmented our already robust Business Continuity Plan with specific steps to account for COVID-19.

As the situation continues to develop, we have prepared for employees in select locations to work from home and as a precaution are in the process of expanding this option to include all eligible positions. Please rest assured, we have tested this scenario to ensure all security standards are maintained while the staff continues to focus on providing the appropriate level of customer service.

We are also working with the providers of the medical records we are obtaining on your behalf to minimize our personal presence wherever possible. In states where documents are personally served by statute we are asking providers to accept email or fax service. In states where records are scanned or picked up onsite we are asking that they upload, fax or mail records to us.

We have received notice from a number of medical record providers that their first priority is treating their patients and that they are operating with less than full staff and we should expect delays on our requests for records. Based on this information and the recent city/county closures, we will provide updates as appropriate to ensure clients are aware of all actions being taken.

It goes without saying that in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners are paramount. As such, we have suspended employee travel and client visits. In addition, given many of our customers have implemented similar travel policies, we have instructed employees to leverage technology and conduct internal and external meetings virtually as much as possible.

This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily. We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive quality service with minimal disruption.
